Our screening includes the opportunity to hear an educational presentation on several disorders, complete a written screening test and talk one-on-one with a mental health professional. Those who appear to need further evaluation will be given referrals to local treatment services. Sanlando Christian Counseling Center participates with National Depression Screening Day each year in October, a program of the nonprofit organization Screening for Mental Health (SMH) www.mentalhealthscreening.org
